As an art historian who adores delving into Italy's cultural tapestry, I sought a family retreat at Hr in search of a warm, inclusive haven. From the gentle and kind-hearted staff to the convenient location off the highway, our stay was off to a promising start. Upon check-in, the requirement for all present members at the reception added a layer of security that resonated with our family values - a thoughtful touch. Our children were intrigued by the evening entertainment, a nice effort on the hotel's part to keep all guests engaged and entertained. While the spa experience was a relaxing highlight for me, the bustling mealtimes left little room to savor the delicious offerings at a leisurely pace, a minor downside for a family keen on bonding over meals. Despite this, the variety in the breakfast spread pleased our little ones, catering to their picky palates.From Fernando's proactive assistance to the diligent chambermaids and attentive dining staff, Hr's commitment to hospitality shone through. The aged yet well-maintained furnishings evoke a sense of timeless charm, offering a cozy retreat that welcomes families seeking a harmonious blend of comfort and cultural immersion.
